FISCAL YEAR
Management Report
This past year has been one of our strongest yet. We have continued to add talent across sales, engineering, and software development, opened doors in new regions, and deepened the relationships with the customers who rely on us. Renewal rates and direct customer feedback remain our most important indicators of how well we are serving them. As the company has grown, so has our commitment to running it the right way.
We take seriously the responsibility we hold toward each other, our customers, and the wider world, and the pages that follow set out how that shows up in practice. From CO2 reporting across our offices and our use of refurbished IT equipment, to partnerships such as the one with Glad Teknik for our IT repairs and a Swedish mindfulness app supporting employee mental wellness, to the charity club that channels our team’s volunteer hours into quarterly donations to causes including Kinship Carers UK and the Danish Children’s Cancer Foundation, responsible choices are part of how the company runs day to day.
Our culture is built on inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual respect. With teams spread across Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region, maintaining that culture across time zones takes deliberate effort. We work to keep our workplace one where employees feel valued, supported, and able to grow. While we are proudly represented globally, our Danish heritage remains a fundamental part of who we are, and we are committed to contributing to the Danish business community and the local roots that shaped us.
Trust is the foundation of our customer relationships, and we treat it as such. Our security and privacy credentials, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR, are detailed later in this report alongside our business ethics commitments, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we ask our customers to consider.
he cybersecurity industry is moving quickly, and we are moving with it. Our Zero Trust Platform began with Endpoint Privilege Management, expanded with Secure Remote Access, and will continue to grow with new products that hold to the same principle: serious security should not be difficult to deploy or manage.
We have built a strong foundation, and we look forward to welcoming more people on the journey with us.
Kind regards,
Lars Sneftrup Pedersen

Social
Gender Distributions
At Admin By Request, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone has equal opportunities to grow and succeed. Our gender distribution reflects our dedication to diversity, with a progressive representation of both men and women across various roles.
While the tech industry has historically faced challenges in achieving gender parity, we continuously strive to create an environment where all employees feel valuated and empowered. Though initiatives like equal hiring practices, employee well-being programs, and supportive company culture, we aim to promote gender diversity and inclusivity at every level of our organization.
Social Responsibility
At our company, we consider people to be our most valuable resource. We are committed to fostering a culture where differences are valued, collaboration is encouraged, and all individuals feel respected and empowered in their daily work. This commitment extends across all departments and levels of the organization and forms a core part of our long-term ESG strategy.
As part of our ongoing efforts to understand and strengthen employee satisfaction, we conducted an internal employee survey during the year. The results were overwhelmingly positive: 43.5% of employees reported being satisfied, while 56.5% reported being very satisfied with their workplace experience. These results demonstrate not only a strong baseline of well-being and engagement but also highlight the effectiveness of our initiatives aimed at creating a healthy and motivating work environment.
Inclusion and diversity also play a central role in our social efforts. We strive to build a work environment where individuals of different backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives can succeed.
This social focus is integral to our ESG framework and will continue to guide our efforts as we work toward a workplace defined by inclusivity, empowerment, and shared success.
Focus on employee well-being
Our employees are our most valuable asset. We are committed to fostering a healthy, balanced, and rewarding work environment. We highly prioritize employee well-being, believing that motivated, satisfied employees drive company growth.
All employees are treated with respect and are expected to act with respect toward everyone.
We maintain a flat hierarchy with minimal barriers between leaders and employees, encouraging them to collaborate freely.
We support a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
We strongly believe in freedom with responsibility, where employees and involved in decisions, fostering ownership and engagement.
Employee Well-being and Satisfaction at the Workplace
At our organization, we place a high priority on the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. We firmly believe that a motivated and content workforce is integral to both individual and organizational success. As such, we consistently invest in various measures to ensure a positive work environment, foster personal growth, and monitor employee satisfaction.
Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Follow-up Actions
To gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, we regularly conduct comprehensive employee satisfaction surveys. Upon the completion of these surveys, the results are carefully analyzed, and actionable steps are implemented to address any concerns raised.
1:1 Meetings with Managers
In addition to the surveys, we place significant emphasis on personal communication through regular one-on-one meetings between employees and their direct line managers.
Access to Relevant Courses and Training Programs
To further support our employees’ professional and personal growth, we provide access to a variety of relevant training courses and development opportunities
Strengthening community
We place a strong emphasis on community and therefore celebrate various holidays at our offices, as well as organize several off-site events. These include staff dinners, group outings such as golf trips, go-karting, and other social activities.
This year, we also took our entire European division on a trip to Iceland to bring everyone together across departments. The purpose of the trip was to strengthen the sense of unity throughout the organization and to encourage the exchange of knowledge, insights, and training between the sales department and the development/support teams.
Glad Teknik
We collaborate with the company Glad Teknik for our IT repairs. Their workforce consists exclusively of neurodivergent employees, which allows us to support meaningful employment initiatives and contribute to social impact.
Refurbished IT equipment
In addition, we reduce our environmental footprint by using refurbished IT equipment whenever possible, ensuring a more sustainable approach to our technology consumption.
Supporting education, skills development and employment opportunities
We actively support both students and job seekers by offering practical training and employment opportunities. For students we provide internships during their studies, allowing them to gain hands-on experience through one-on-one monitorship with our employees. This “lean alongside professionals” approach helps them develop their skills and prepare for future careers.
Additionally, we contribute to the labor market by offering positions for individuals in flexible employment programs, for people who have a former work injury and collaborating with the local job centers. Through these initiatives, participants can get employees by us or complete internships with the goal of eventually securing permanent employment, while learning essential workplace routines and gaining practical experience.
We couldn't be more excited about teaming up with Admin By Request! It's rare to find companies that truly get it when it comes to workplace mental health. By bringing our mindfulness app to their team, they're not just talking about employee wellbeing — they're taking real action. Together, we're making mental wellness at work a priority.
Tekla Wannberg, CEO The Mindfulness App
Mindfulness App - Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace
As part of our commitment to employee wellbeing and a more mindful work culture, Admin By Request has partnered with The Mindfulness App, a leading mental wellness platform based in Sweden. Through this collaboration, all our employees gain access to guided meditations, stress-reducing tools, and daily mindfulness practices — empowering them to take control of their mental health, one moment at a time.
This partnership represents more than just a wellbeing perk. It’s a shared initiative to put mental health at the forefront of how we work and support each other. By aligning our values with those of The Mindfulness App team, we’re building a healthier, more sustainable workplace — and strengthening our ESG impact in the process.

We support the active everyday life
Charity club
We raise money based on the number of hours our employees have been physically active. Every quarter, we pool these funds and donate the total amount to a chosen charity. In this way, our employees help raise money for a good cause while also gaining an extra sense of purpose and motivation to stay active.
DHL
Every year we take part in the annual DHL race to motivate and encourage regular physical activity. In the weeks leading up to the event, we have a company running club, to train as a team to the race, both promoting fitness and a strong sense of community.
Charity Club Donations:
Kindship Cares UK
Kinship Carers UK is a national charity that supports and advises family and friends’ carers often called Kinship Carers or Connected Carers that are thinking or taking on the role of parenting someone else’s child.
Kinship care is when a child lives full-time with a relative or friend who isn’t their parent, usually because their parents aren’t able to care for them.
Providing kinship carers with a nationally recognised ID card and app will significantly reduce waiting times for hospital treatments when family documentation is necessary, allowing urgent medical treatment for these children. The Kinship ID cards will give recognition and support to carers with PR, such as Special Guardians, Connected Foster Carers, Child Arrangement Orders, and private foster carers
Defibrillator (AED)
We have raised money to install a defibrillator at the Aalborg office. The office is located centrally between the harbor and the city’s night life district, making the area crucial for public safety.
By having the defibrillator accessible 24/7, we can help increase security for both our employees and the local community.
In addition to the defibrillator, we have given all employees at the office a first aid course, to help with assisting if needed.
The Danish children’s cancer foundation
The Danish children foundation work tirelessly to support children with cancer and their families. Their mission is to fund, research, improve treatment and provide support to those affected.
We donated as a part off the Danish football shirt Friday. It is a special initiative where people wear their favorite football shirt, to raise awareness and funds for children battling cancer.
The community around us – contribution to employment
”With our 15 international offices and employees in multiple countries, we contribute to increasing employment across several nations”
Environmental
Co2 Emissions
During the preparation of this report, we identified a significant variance between the Scope 2 emissions figures presented for 2025 and those reported in 2024. This is due to improved data collection and verification processes this year, which we believe more accurately reflect our actual energy use and emissions.
While we haven’t been able to pinpoint exactly where the issue occurred in the 2024 data, it’s likely that some of the inputs used last year were incomplete or incorrect. Because of this, comparisons between 2024 and 2025 Scope 2 figures should be treated with caution.
We’ve taken steps to strengthen our data processes going forward to ensure more accurate and consistent reporting.
Compliance
We take regulatory compliance seriously, ensuring that our policies align with industry best practices and legal requirements in the industry.
Our governance framework is designed to:
- Ensure data protection and security in all business operations
- Maintain transparency in financial and business decisions
- Uphold ethical business practices in everything we do

Environmental
Carbon Emissions
We are currently not subject to mandatory ESG reporting requirements. However, we have proactively reported on our Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to demonstrate our commitment to environmental transparency and operational accountability.
At this stage, we have not included Scope 3 emissions in our disclosures. Scope 3 emissions, those that occur in the value chain, both upstream and downstream, are often the most complex to calculate, especially for companies like ours whose environmental impact is primarily indirect and embedded in third-party services (e.g., cloud providers, employee commuting, and software-related device usage).
Social
Charity
Julehjælpen – We believe in giving back to the community. Last year, we have donated 20,000 DKK to Julehjælpen (Danish for “Christmas Aid”), helping families in need during the holiday season.

This inclusive program invites participants to log their physical activities and for each recorded hour, we contribute 20 DKK ($2.9) to a charitable cause, with previous donations going to charities such as the Danish Children’s Cancer Foundation.
